  So unfriendly and baaad people work here! I had delivery here, and came at 8am, talked to a guy over the phone, and first thing he asked was when is my appoitment. I told him that I don't know because my broker told me they work from 7am-3pm. He told me that he knows when is my appt, and that its not at 8am..and when I find out, to call him again and tell him. When I found out that my appt is at 12:00 talked again with the guy over the phone, and he told me to come back at noon. I Said: "Ok, can you open the gate so I can turn around?" And he said: "No, I won't let you inside, manage it yourself, but you can't remain at the gate!". What?! There is no room to turn around even a car, what am I suposed to do with big truck?! So I had to back up down the hill, and turn the truck on the street, blocking the street at both directions! Then, I showed up at 11:51 again, the same situation again..he asked me what is my appt time, and when I told him it's 12:00, he told me: "I am at the lunch now, call back at 12:00"..I was boiling! You can open that damn gate and tell me what door to park until you finish your lunch! Finally 12:00 and he lets me inside..I parked, and guy inside told me I will have to wait around one hour for them until he starts unloading me.. I said, I won't wait even a second! If he wants everything on time, he will then start unloading me immediatelly, because, wow, my appt is 12:00, than you will unload me at 12:00! Then he went inside, and one lady came with him, and he told her to unload me..and thanks to that lady, I was empty! I will never, ever come here again! If there is 0 star to rate them, I would do that!
